With over 19 years of extensive experience in the construction industry across Ghana and Africa, Kwaku Abebrese serves as the General Manager of Operations for JL Properties. His diverse expertise encompasses building and civil engineering projects, including the development of industrial parks, airport rehabilitation, and the construction of luxurious accommodations such as five-star hotels and upscale apartments.
Before joining JL Properties, Kwaku held the position of Project Manager at Agility Africa, a subsidiary of Agility in Kuwait. He has also amassed significant experience in various quantity surveying roles with multinational firms such as Bam International, Zakhem International, Pw Ghana, Michellete Ghana, and Taysec Construction Limited, a subsidiary of Taylor Woodrow.
Kwaku earned his Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. He is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Building and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in the UK. Additionally, he serves as a lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification, showcasing his commitment to quality assurance and workplace safety.
