He is the General Manager Compliance and Logistics of JL Properties. Hark has over 10 years of work experience in field of real estate company administration. He has held this position since 2016 even when JL Properties was formerly known as Netlynk Estates. Prior to being the General manager (administration) of JL Properties, Mr Hark was the accounts officer of Netlynk Estates from 2005 to 2016.  He holds MSc and Bsc in Business Administration from the Methodist University. He also holds a Higher National Diploma from the Accra Polytechnic and Diploma in Accounting Software from NIIT, Accra.
