Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
1.       Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
2.       Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs and preferences.
3.       Present and promote our real estate properties to prospective buyers through various sales channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
4.       Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
5.       Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
6.       Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing.
7.       Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
8.       Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
1.       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2.       Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
3.       Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4.       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.       Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
6.       Results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
7.       Self-motivated and proactive with a drive for success.
8.       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
