Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth in our unit. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, demonstrate strong sales performance and consistently meet or exceed sales.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new clients, converting leads into sales.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring smooth transactions and timely payments.
- Provide excellent customer service to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Meeting or exceeding sales KPI's, with a focus on high value transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders to drive sales and referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in real estates sales
